With nearly two decades of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field, Marco has dedicated his career to helping individuals reclaim their lives through compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care. As the Program Director and nurse of Nu Dai Wellness, his mission is to create the most effective, personalized treatment experience possible—one that fosters true healing, lasting recovery, and renewed hope.

Marco’s career spans a wide range of leadership roles, from support staff member to Executive Director, giving him a deep understanding of every stage of the recovery journey. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and a graduate of Stanbridge College (Class of 2012), he brings a strong medical and clinical foundation to his work, ensuring that clients receive holistic, evidence-based care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

Beyond his professional expertise, Marco’s personal journey in recovery fuels his passion for this work. He understands firsthand the courage it takes to seek help and is deeply committed to providing a safe, supportive environment where individuals can heal and thrive.
